Players react to Steve Bruce leaving
Players of Hull City have taken to social media to react to Steve Bruce leaving the club after four years in the role.
Many of the players thanked Bruce for his work with them at different points of his time at the club and wished him well in his next endeavours.
Jake Livermore, Andrew Robertson, David Meyler and Tom Huddlestone all expressed their disappointment at seeing him leave the club and showed their appreciation at being signed by him during the last few years.

Robert Snodgrass thanked Bruce for sticking by him after sustaining a serious knee injury in the 2014-15 season.

Up-and-coming youngsters such as Greg Luer were also thankful of what they have learned so far from Bruce.

Mike Phelan will take charge of the players for the meantime as their preparations continue for the start of the 2016-17 season.
