The Senegalese forward joins the club from Everton on a loan deal until the end of the 2016-17 campaign, while the Brazilian midfielder has signed on a permanent two-and-a-half-year contract for an undisclosed fee.
Hull will give Niasse his latest opportunity to score a first Premier League goal after making just five appearances at Everton, while Evandro will get his first taste of Premier League football after spending his career in Brazil, Portugal and Serbia.
As he did not play for the Toffees during the 2016-17 season, Niasse should be available for the second leg of the EFL Cup tie against Manchester United and their FA Cup game against Fulham. He has scored 34 goals in 93 games in all competitions in his career so far. Evandro is a known quantity to new head coach Marco Silva having played under him between 2012 and 2014 at Estoril.
These signings take the tally of Hull’s January transfers up to three after Markus Henriksen signed a two-and-a-half year deal in the first week of the month.
